Watercolors on canvas.
I guess you could say this was partially based off of Merida from Brave, though it didn't start out that way, as her hair is much straighter than Meridas.
I was listening to "Touch the sky" "learn me right" and "into the open air" all from the BRAVE soundtrack while I painted it. [link]
The music really leaned the colors in her hair from browns to reds and the background from blue to greens.
2 hours from sketch to finish.
As with all my art, please do not use without permission or you will make me cry.
